Tapas are "little foods". In Spain, at almost any hour of the day or night, people meet for conversation, entertainment or even business, as they sip wine and sample tapas in their favorite establishment. Tapas is known as the regional cuisine of Spain, but the Tapas tradition has more to do with an approach to living.
