Main Courses

Pollo-  chicken supreme braised with bacon, tomato, onions and fresh sage, accompanied by green beans, rainbow carrots and patatas Espanol 

Fresh Ontario Pork Tenderloin - spice seared finished in a salsa of tomato garlic scapes and fresh cilantro served over a freekah/mint/onion pilaf- with a sautee of local greens 

Hand Made Fettuccine - with smoked bacon, spring greens, exotic mushrooms, white wine and olive oil

Spaghetti Squash - with a braise of garbonzos, white bean, garlic, citrus and tomato- garnished with ancient Eastern sprouts
